DIGESTION SYSTEM

Is the movement of foods we eat from mouth to anus.there

are many conditions one may suffer under digestion system

Infact all non transimmited diseases begins from the

digestion track.

DIGESTION

Digestion begins from mouth (alimentary carnal) and ends

at the anus.the food must be masteated by teeth and jaws

to reduce the size of food.During this time,juices are

produced called enzymes which speed up chemical

reaction.In the mounth saliver amylese produced by the

salivery gland converts some starch into maltose.If food is

not chewed properly one may suffer from ingestion,and

may cause absorption difficulties.Enzymes produced once

the food is in the mouth are:

(1)pepsin=to break down proteins in to aminal acid called

peptide

(2)mucus=to moisture the foods we ate

(3)hydrochloric acid=to mix the food for easy digestion

and easy to swallow.

if you take less food sweets,fritars,bubble gum you are

bringing dangers to your boby because the hyrochloric acid

will not find anything to mix with,as a result it may cause

stomach pain.furthermore the hydrochloric acid prduced

goes directly to the stomach and burn stomach membrane

which may result in ulcers.Lets discuss some of the most

common diseases under digestion system which includes

gases,constipation,ulcers,heamorrhoids and piles.

Constipation-is the accumulation of waste of the large

intenstine/colon.one of the most causes of constipation is

diet.How can diet cause constipation?-the food that does

not have fibre slows down the movement of food called

(peristalsis).figure A

FIGURE A shows how food slows down the process if one

has eaten food that do not have fibre like breakfast meal,

red meat,chips,sodas,white bread,white sugar.These will

begin to stick to the colonary membrane as shown in figure

A.these maybe accumulated for years as a result its reduc-

ing the pathway for other staff to move.Red meat also cau-

ses constipation especially if its eaten more than once in a

week,it may reduce the movement of food because it takes

more than 7days to be fully digested in the body once you

eat it.If its eaten more than 2-3 times a week it will be accu-

umulated and take time to be digested to some people,its a

matter of little important wheather their bowel moves once

in a day or once a week yet constipation is a seriousmalody,one that can not be ignored for a day or an hour.

when food remains in the colon for an extended period of

time,it begins to putrefy in their words,germs invade the f

food and it begins to rot out within us.As always,this putre-

faction process result in the production of toxix waste

remains in the colon ,the situation may not be too serious

not untill much of poinsonous ia taken up into the blood

stream.What this means in effect is that constipation giver

rise to a process of self-poisoning called (auto-intoxication)

The inner cesspool(decaying matter) can contain a high

concentration of harmful bacteria as a cesspool under a

house.The tixic drawn into the bllod stream and travel to all

parts of the body gets affected and many forms of sickness

can result because it weakens the entire system.

(1)firstly of all,because the blood stream is is loaded with

toxic,tremendous stain is placed on the liver as it attemps to

the blood.secondly the organs of elimination,these bieng

the bladder,lungs,skin and bowels will be seriously barden-

ed as they endevour to expel the toxic wastes from the

body.The symptoms of this battle will manifestof these way

which includes;

-sneezing

-coughting

-sinusitis

-skin rashes

-fever

-diarrhea

The colon becomes the sewerage system,but when it is

cleanwe are well and healthy.let it be stagnant and it will;

(1)Distil the poison of decay,fermantation,and putrefactor in

to bllod,poisoning the lorain and nerveous system so that

we become mentally depressed,melancholic irrritable and

restless.

(2)it will poison the heart so that we feel weakness and listl-

ed.

(3)poison the lungs so that the breath is foul.

(4)poisons the digestion organs so that we are bloated,betc-

hing and distress with gas pains

in short every organ of the body is poisoned,we age fast,

we look and feel old,the joints are stiff and painful,nuetritis,

dull eyes and a sluggish lorain overtake us the pressure of

living is gone.remember we brought solutions .
